Week 16 Blog

What a beautiful day yesterday turned out to be, especially since it started out a little gloomy. The kids' bright faces sure did brighten up the gloomy morning though. I was excited to have Elizabeth as our visitor she was very sweet. And I was soooooooo proud of Joann for being brave enough to stand up and share her picture with us during presentation time. YAY JOANN!!!!

We had a fun time going through our memory work, especially using the "different voices". What an easy way to get the kids to say a fact sooooo many times and not get too bored with it. The cubes are easy to make. I just printed them off of the CC Connected site and glued or taped them onto a cereal box, then folded and taped the box together.

Hey wasn't science fun this week? My kids got their polymer goo out today at the table. There isn't as much of it as there was. I hope no one ate it. :(

I have a presentation idea for next week. I got it off of Sophia's presentation schedule and thought that our kids might have fun doing it. Of course, your kids can do whatever they want, but they might want to try this. Bring something in a bag. Describe your mystery item and let the class guess what it is. It would be sort of a game.

I am super excited already about next week. I love your kids!!!!
